Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Arabian Desert Safari AE. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

• To confirm a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required.
• The balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the tour.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of the tour will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the tour are non-refundable.

3. Changes to Bookings

• Changes to bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, subject to availability.
• Changes requested less than 48 hours before the tour will incur a fee of 20% of the total tour price.

4. Itinerary

• All itineraries are subject to change due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

• While Arabian Desert Safari AE makes every effort to follow the advertised itinerary, changes may be made without prior notice.

5. Weather Conditions

• Desert safaris and outdoor tours are subject to weather conditions.
• In cases of extreme weather, we may adjust the timing, activities, or location of the tour for safety reasons.
• If a tour is cancelled due to weather, we will offer an alternative date or a refund at our discretion.

6. Health and Safety

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in outdoor and adventure activities.

• Activities such as dune bashing, camel riding, and sandboarding may not be suitable for:

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals with back/neck problems, heart conditions, or serious medical issues

  • Children under the advised age limit for certain activities

• Safety instructions must be followed at all times. Arabian Desert Safari AE provides safety equipment where required but cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Liability

• Arabian Desert Safari AE is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

• Liability for injuries is limited to cases where negligence on the part of Arabian Desert Safari AE is proven.

8. Personal Belongings

• Guests are advised not to bring valuables on tours.
• Arabian Desert Safari AE accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

• The seat of arbitration will be Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
